Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, tariffs, VAT, and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. I am truly sorry but I am not able to ship to Germany any longer, there are just too many rules and restrictions.

If you are in any way unhappy with your item, please notify me and I will work with you. Your problem is my problem and I want you to be happy. I can be reached through Etsy Conversation (envelope icon) at the top right of my page. Your message will be delivered to me via cell and a prompt response can be expected from 9 am-5 pm PST.

Returns are not accepted but please contact me of any problems with your purchase and I will work with you to address them.

Wrong Address? If your purchase is returned to me undeliverable for any reason, additional mailing charges will be asked for to resend your parcel. Additionally, ShadowMoon will not be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or full name not given at time of purchase.

Some of my items are insured when they ship to you protecting both seller and buyer. If your shipment is lost or damaged, you may be required to fill out an affidavit for insurance purposes.

Custom work may not be returned as the item will be made to your specifications; nor can quantities purchased of two or more of the same item be returned as this qualifies as a special or custom order and/or I was asked to provide said quantity. Payment must be made in full before I can start custom work.

It is up to my customers to let me know that the item they ordered has not been delivered. If it has been more than two weeks for U.S. shipments and six weeks for international shipments and you have not received your order, please contact me. If you don't adhere to those guidelines, I can no longer help you.

Some items in my store may contain a small amount of lead, but the materials used in my designs have been for the most part sold to me in the U.S. and have passed U.S. standards for established safe lead content. The main reason why a bead design might contain lead is that it makes the base metal easier to shape and form, therefore creating the ability for a particular design for the bead. If I’m not sure of the content, the “materials used section” will say “base metal.” This does not necessarily mean that there is lead but I’m just not sure that there isn’t.
